Delivery policy
Delivery is carried out by the logistics company LLC "Nova Poshta" in accordance with the established tariffs.
To a branch. You will receive the tracking number via SMS, Viber, or Telegram immediately after the order is shipped. Delivery time is 1-3 days (depending on your location). The delivery cost across Ukraine, according to the official Nova Poshta website, starts from 80 UAH. If the order is paid by cash on delivery, the carrier charges an additional fee (commission) - 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount. The buyer pays for the cash on delivery service at the carrier's rates.
By courier to your address. Delivery is carried out by the courier service of LLC "Nova Poshta".
Delivery time is 2-3 days (depending on your location). The courier delivery cost, according to the Nova Poshta website, starts from 95 UAH. If the order is paid by cash on delivery, the carrier charges an additional fee - 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount. . Payment is made by bank card or in cash at the branch or via the Nova Poshta app. The Nova Poshta commission for processing the payment is paid by the recipient — 20 UAH + 2% of the amount (e.g., an order of 1000 UAH: 20 + 1000×2% = 20 + 20 = 40 UAH).Card payment on the website (plata by mono).
Payment is made immediately after placing the order by redirecting to the payment page.
Bank transfer. If you need to pay via bank transfer (IBAN), mention it in the comment during checkout and we will send you the payment details.

Orders placed, confirmed, or paid before 14:00 are shipped the same day (Sunday is a day off).

After receiving an SMS from Nova Poshta that your parcel has arrived at the branch, you can collect it (please bring your passport or other ID).

Orders are held at the branch for 7 calendar days from the day of arrival inclusive. On the 8th day, Nova Poshta automatically returns the parcel.
